A secret meeting of the Carthian Movement held online in a chat room.^[1]

The Carthian Movement have been forced underground due to the Prince's Decree that the Carthian Movement, Lancea Sanctum and Circle of the Crone are illegal and banned within the domain of Sacramento.

The three members of the movement who attend this meeting each use a screen name, the screen names are:

• SILVERTONGUEDEVIL for Argent
• FenianKitty for Ciara Maskelyne
• and panthereyes69 for Michael Hall

This Carthian Movement meeting focuses mostly on the Horizon issues and the issues that the domain continues to have with the homeless. Michael Hall is actively working on investigating the issue but is not having much luck. Michael also warns Argent and Ciara of the lizard men.

The group agrees to keep there eyes out for anything that may provide information and to share that information.
