History
Charles was born to a Family of English Nobles in 1836. When he was old enough, with his parents blessing, he moved to the City of Erie Pennsylvania in the US to invest for the family. While there he was under the Apprenticeship of William Talon who eventually become Charles's sire. After William took control of the domain during the 1930s He and Charles had a dispute over how business should be run and the two have not truly spoken to each other sense. After Charles decided that Erie was no longer of any use to him, he has moved out west to seek a out new business ventures and rise in the ranks of Kindred society.
