Dusk Rivers

History: Before Dusk experienced her first change she was a lonely, dark shadowed occult historian in- training, there was always something about the Wiccan ways and ghosts that intrigued her, This fascination made her a solitary creature among her peers and classmates. When she was 13 living with her mother, Dusk was thrusted into an insane world. Her new world got crazy with her first menstral cycle. Afterwards she often had nightnares of wolf-women and spirits chasing after her or the wolf-women. when Dusk would wake her bedding would be soaked in sweat and her body was really hot to the touch almost like she had a fever, and only occured when Dusk had her period. Thinking her self strange or weird she kept to her self reading and studying all she could on anything occult related.

Dusk would often notice that during the nights when the moon was in sight, she would often be so entranced that she would dream of spirits singing or speaking to her. Thinking nothing of it, Dusk continued her occult studies for the next 5 years at UCLA. On the eve of her 18th birthday Dusk experienced her first change, and experience she'll never forget. Dusk had just started her period earlier that day, having bad cramps and running a temperature, she decided to drive home to her mother's place instead of staying in the dorm at UCLA. Not remembering how she made it to her mother's, Dusk does remember running inside and crawling in pain to her room. Dusk somehow managed to turn the A/C on low, making it less than 50 degress inside, Dusk tried cooling her body temp down but failed, also her mind was playing tricks on her, she thought ghosts were taunting her and laughing as she sweated and ached in pain.

Finally enough was enough and Dusk felt her body begin to twist and change, as a heated rush of fire seared through her stomache and radiate outward, Dusk fainted. Dusk woke to sounds of a wolf howling, a crescent moon in the nights sky and her mother sitting on her bed beside her. As Dusk raised up and saw her room, it looked as though a tornado had destroyed everything but the bed and windows. Dusk began to speak but her mom told her to follow her into the kitchen for something to eat and a chat. Over some food, Dusk had learned she was from a small line of Cherokee Indians from Montana, her mother was the last of her families tribe to experience the first change and didn't know if Dusk would. Dusk's mother a Rahu Bone Shadow named Crystal Rivers helped guide Dusk into the tribe and initiated her and guided her Rite of Passage, she also helped train her in the ways of the werewolf and educate her on the ways and society Dusk was now apart of. Dusk then sat out to continue her studies from school, graduating 2 years after her 18th birthday with her Master's Degree in Occult History and Research, adopting her dog, a full blooded english bulldog named "Pookie", and then traveling to and from LA to Mexico while she researched the occult and building her small library of occult knowledge. Six months before she turned 25, Dusk stopped her roaming as she watched the closeness and bonds her own Mother had with her pack, wanting that for her self, Dusk loaded up a U-haul of all her stuff with Pookie her dog and moved to Sacremento hoping to make something of her self and finding the comfort of a pack.

Dusk Rivers is 23, was born during the Crescent Moon on January 12th 1987, is right handed, stands 5' 7" and weighs about 115 lbs., full blooded Cherokee Indian, has long Brown/Black hair and dark brown piercing eyes.
