A new group of Silver Ladder Thearchs, an Order missing from Sacramento since the former Hierarch betrayed the Consilium, meet for the first time and decide to forward their ideals to organize and bolster the beleaguered Consilium of Sacramento.

Summary

Qadesh, Mastigos Thearch and new to Sacramento, invited Lux and Mari to his Sanctum in a cheap tenement building in Sacramento's Chinatown in order to meet and discuss plans for the Silver Ladder in Sacramento^[1].

Lux, an Obrimos, was the first to arrive. She was greeted pleasantly and invited in to Qadesh's cramped apartment. They exchanged greetings and then dispensed with formalities, acknowledging that their small numbers and inexperience didn't call for much formality.

They exchanged histories, Qadesh told Lux about his sordid past with drugs and sex, Lux recounted her Awakening in a bank robbery. Then they both agreed that something needed to be done to help the people, Awakened and Sleeping, of Sacramento.

Mari, another Obrimos, arrived later and stumbled shyly into the meeting. She introduced herself and told her story, hoping her inexperience didn't show too badly. The other Thearchs suggested she find a mentor to help guide her.

It was resolved that the current approach to the Consilium's disorganized and chaotic situation was to observe carefully, make friends, and avoid making enemies. It was also decided that a meeting should occur about once a month, and that the next meeting would take place at Lux's sanctum.
