They concluded that these individuals are in on the distribution of the drugs. As Galloway went to speak with him, he lit a cigarette, and the Ventrue fled due to a sudden case of fear frenzy. [[Jennifer Hazelton]] watches Carlos for a time and realizes that he is picking up specific vehicles, trading places in the valet driver queue to receive the drug hand-offs. The Knight attended the scene, was briefed, and offered the use of his criminal Orchestra to gain information at arm's length.
