After arriving in Sacramento, Bull Rush encountered [[Christian Linch|Christian "Starseeker" Linch]] and Casey Nolan. He bought them drinks, and explained Christian's new condition to him.

He later helped pull [[Chantay Jones]] Into the pack, making the [[Ascendant Crescent Brotherhood]]. Together, the pack took on the totem spirit [[Mothering Duck]] who tasked them with keeping the waters clear in the railyards and environs northwest of downtown.

Caleb was known to have a fiance that was traveling somewhere, who he hoped to reuinite with soon.
After receiving a mysterious phone call, Bull Rush left the pack territory, without so much as a note or other indicator. He was last seen heading north.
