		+	Experience is awarded monthly, on a scale from 0-10. Factors which are included in determining individual awards are:

		+	These are in alphabetical order, and not order of importance.

		+	==XP Reports==
		+	XP Reports (sometimes shortened to XPRs) are used to request an award. 		+	* XPRs can be submitted beginning one week before the end of the month
		+	* XPRs are due by the final day of the month
		+	Please be concise, but thorough. It reminds your StoryTeller of what your character has accomplished -- especially the links to Scenes. XPRs take a few days for STs to go through, and usually are "graded" by the end of the first week of the month. XP Awards are then usually added directly to [http://nwod.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?187 your character sheet] thread in the '''XP Log'''.
		+	* Please don't harass your ST about XPRs until the 8th or 9th day of the new month. It's time consuming. They know there's a pile of XPRs, yours included, to be graded.
