The mage can siphon Mana at sensory range from an unwilling mage and add it to his own pool.

One Mana point is channeled per success. The caster cannot add more to his pool than the maximum amount allowed (based on his Gnosis<ref name="Gnosis">MtA Sourcebook, p76</ref>). Each successive casting against the same target within the same scene suffers a cumulative –2 dice penalty.

Sleepers or other creatures cannot be siphoned (they do not have spendable Mana). (Although they can be killed without the need of a spell to yield their Health’s worth in Mana<ref name="Kill for mana">MtA Sourcebook, p78</ref>.)
