The involved Uratha casually gathers at the Tur - the know place of choice for pack recruitment:

• Starflower Wilkins Omega of the Ascendant Crescent Brotherhood arrives and awaits reading a book.
• Soraya Timothe arrives at the Tur.
• Sally Romanov the Beta of the Shadow Seekers arrives at the Tur.
• Hector Reyes arrives at the Tur.
• Sally Romanov and Starflower Wilkins start the recruitment.
• Starflower Wilkins recruits Hector Reyes after the newcomer succeeds in his test:

"A Wolf-Blooded family, unaware of their lineage, stumbles across a sacred site. What do you do?" - Starflower Wilkins^[1]

"... I'd scare them off, run them from the territory. If it's feasible, I'd look into them as possible allies... but I wouldn't kill them." - Hector Reyes^[2]
