In the Consilium meeting of July [1] all paths were called upon to meet and decide a councillor. Thus Chambers invited Corn and Witch to his sanctum a house boat docked in Sacramento Marina.

Corn called on having held it previously while Chambers pointed the various success he had achieved in organising the return of official Consilium meeting, getting a council reinstated, passing the Factotum exam a series of points that Corn was forced to conceded to given Chambers had succeeded in area the other Moros had failed in.
Corn did raise that Chambers should be considered for hierarch, not for the first time but both Chambers and Witch shot this idea down as Corn was putting the horse before the cart.
While Corns suffering reputation had not been brought it up when considered against the level headed Witch Chambers choice of Provost was readily apparent the position being given to the Guardian.
After this the means to depose the councillor and appointment a new was agreed that being if an official meeting was missed or being found guilty of violations of the Lex could call for a vote of confidence.
The Moros also agreed that they needed to set up a location in the city just for them so that regardless of who held the position of councillor neutral ground could be used for the path to meet, without requireing a mage to open their sanctum unwillingly.
