Not only will High Speech consist of chanting Atlantean, but it will also have very overt, expressive somatic components.

This is partially to lend more consideration when to use or not use High Speech rather than just tacking it on everything, but it's also to bring a bit more ceremony and ritual to the game. And maybe, most importantly, personalization. Unlike codified mudras that are the same for everyone, I want us to look at High Speech somatics as your mage's 'signature' move. Maybe it's a martial arts kata, or gun twirling . Tai chi, whatever, some arrangement of gestures to summon and build power to be released.

It's been talked about before, how to give your mage 'flavor', and the answer has usually been to look at Magical Traditions. I think this could be a fun alternative while also giving a bit more ceremony to the act of making magic and appropriateness of High Speech.
