A Meeting held by Priscus Arnold Culler at the Sundown Sacramento Hotel in the End of August 2010 ^[1]

• Anton Flores makes his return to the City of Sacramento ^[2]
• Priscus Arnold Culler asked O-Yama to relinquish his Katana, stating O-Yama carrying his Katana would be a detriment to the reunification of the clan ^[3]

• Priscus Arnold Culler stated his goal to reunify the Clan ^[4]

"It is my vision that we come together and accomplish a complete turn-around. Let the city think that the Nosferatu fight amongst themselves and meanwhile we will gather our strength in the shadows, as we are fit to do. As far back as many can remember the Nosferatu have always occupied a place of power in Sacramento, and I believe that it must always be so - even if our power is not so obvious as a bestowed title." - Arnold Culler

• Seneschal Heathcliff Staley makes known his feeling on the actions of both Priscus Arnold Culler and O-Yama actions ^[5]

"This matter should have been handled privately. Especially since you had no solid proof, Hatori, no evidence. The Prince dismissed your rhetoric as such, and thus, two of the most prominent Nosferatu of Sacramento were made to look like bickering children that needed their father to step in and tell them that if they weren't careful, neither would get to play with the toy" - Heathcliff Staley

• Dirge weighs in, stating that the Nosferatu are too busy looking at for fancy titles, rewards, and patting themselves on the back.^[6]

"Your all too busy looking at the fancy titles, rewards, and patting yourselves on the back to see the big picture, and that is there is stuff that needs doing." - Dirge

• Michael Hall states his support of Seneschal Heathcliff Staley for Priscus. ^[7]

• O-Yama also states his support for Seneschal Heathcliff Staley to be given the title of Priscus. O-Yama also offers to be the Hound of Regent Culler^[8]

"Seneschal Staley, I would also cast my approval that you be named Priscus of the Haunts. Reeve Culler, your Estate must remain solid and as steel before any apparant enemies. I would lend my katana to keep your lands clean of poachers if you would have me, a gesture of good faith that I have set aside this pettiness. We must stand firm, and destroy any enemies that come before our clan, our domain." - O-Yama

• Heathcliff Staley is thankful of Regent Arnold Culler's support of the Priscus Change ^[9]
