A rising star of the Silver Ladder, Andrade was appointed Hierarch of Sacramento. A deft politician and powerful Theurgist, she was well known for decisive action and few mistakes. The former Lictor of the Golden Consilium, the over-arching governing body of the Lex Magica in California, she was also a former Apprentice to Peter Cartright.
Andrade fell from grace and was removed as Hierarch after trading away the Trench Journals to Vector to save her brother, Niles Plotski.
