The story is one of Blood and Treasure, Bold and Deadly ambitions. Fifty years ago the Invictus Prince, Tobias Straiphen, founded the Domain of Sacramento. His iron fist held total command for 15 brutal years. Weary of his savagery, an alliance of the Carthian Movement, Lancea Sanctum, and Ordo Dracul overthrew Straiphen. The alliance was fragile. Lasting just long enough for the Prince's Blood to dry on their knives.
For 20 years the factions were fractured and filled with violent mistrust -- each holding tight to a small third of the Domain, contesting control of the city. In September '93 Freddrick, an Unbound Nosferatu with powerful ambitions, used his private spy network to seize the Princedom. With his equally powerful Sensechal, Alder Lord Kisten Maze, Freddrick's reign would last for fifteen years. Did the Carthians assassinate the Seneschal in 2008? Nothing was ever proved. The Ordo Dracul leader paid the ultimate price for collaborating with the Brood.
And then everything changed.
