This covers anything from a standard bandages-and-alcohol kit to advanced First Responder kits used by EMTs. Basic medical kits cost only 1 resources while advanced kits, like the aforementioned EMT equipment, costs 2. This cost denotes the bonus in dice added to Dexterity + Medicine rolls.
